HIAG and SIX stop talks about a Secure Swiss Cloud Service,Review of earnings expectations for fiscal year 2019

Basel, 14 June 2019 – The partnership evaluated by HIAG Data, a subsidiary of HIAG Immobilien Holding AG, and SIX for the development and commercialisation of a Secure Swiss Cloud Service for the Swiss financial market will not be continued.
HIAG is now evaluating options for the further development of its own multicloud platform. The focus is on opening up HIAG Data for additional qualified partners in order to provide a broader basis for financing the subsidiary.
Mainly due to the negative earnings contribution of HIAG Data, HIAG expects a lower net profit for the first half of 2019 compared to the previous year.
Due to the changed situation of HIAG Data, HIAG is reviewing its earnings expectations for fiscal year 2019. Detailed information will be provided when the half-year results are presented on 2 September 2019.
