Flexible Space available

The architecture on the Reichhold Campus represents a departure into the future. It is sustainable in the best sense of the word and meets high design standards.

Planning together

For larger companies or business ideas that require special spaces, the Reichhold Campus offers the opportunity to plan individual buildings or rooms in close cooperation with HIAG.

Sustainable down to the last detail

Sustainability plays a central role at the Reichhold Campus. Innovative materials on and in the buildings, renewable energy and solar panels are part of the campus' self-image. In the outdoor spaces, various areas are designed with great care to be close to nature. For example, attractive green strips frame the campus and form a natural transition to the surrounding landscape.

Sharing guarantees efficiency

Sharing is a top priority at the Reichhold Campus. Co-working spaces and meeting rooms, but also vehicles and bicycles, can be booked by the hour via an app without much effort.

In addition, structures are planned from the outset that encourage the individual companies to share infrastructures such as the reception, canteen or exhibition rooms.

«The Reichhold Campus is well connected to its surroundings. The employees of the local companies can exercise in the surrounding green landscape over lunch or after work.»
