We are committed to our sites for the long term.
As a rule, HIAG's sites boast a rich tradition of industrial history. We take over a site at the end of its cycle of use and breathe new life into it. We increase its value by implementing a visionary redevelopment process - in compliance with local planning and permit-granting requirements. Only when we have understood what the public authorities and the local residents have in mind do we sketch out an idea for the future of the site. In this way, we create a high level of quality in terms of both urban redevelopment and architecture.
It is our aim to transpose industrial history into the future. We have no interest in selling redeveloped sites to other investors. Investments in yield properties with no redevelopmental potential or in projects for which building permits have already been obtained, are of no interest to us.
