The Meyrin-Fontaine site has a privileged location in an attractive industrial area. It is well-connected to public transport via a bus line and the new Meyrin train station on the Léman Express and it is also near the A1 motorway entrance.
Market orientation and positioning studies to upgrade the site are currently ongoing. The site has versatile potential and combines attractive, distinctly industrial spaces with the construction of a new building. Nearly two thirds of the planned activities are expected to come from the industrial and retail sectors and one third from the service sector.
