Avec une surface de 2,7 millions de m², HIAG dispose d’un exceptionnel pipeline de développement avec une surface utile potentielle d’environ 740’000 m², plus de 60 projets et un volume d’investissements escompté d’environ CHF 2,7 milliard. Plus de 90 % du portefeuille immobilier se trouvent dans des régions économiques clés en Suisse alémanique et romande. Il fait la part belle à l’immobilier de bureau, commercial et logistique avec en plus une sélection de logements. La durée moyenne pondérée des baux (WAULT) sur l’ensemble du portefeuille est de 8,7 ans, tandis que le taux de vacance des biens immobiliers de rendement s’élève à 15,2 %.
