Avec une surface de 2,6 millions de m², HIAG dispose d’un exceptionnel pipeline de développement avec une surface utile potentielle d’environ 810’000 m², plus de 60 projets et un volume d’investissements escompté d’environ CHF 2,98 milliard. Plus de 90 % du portefeuille immobilier se trouvent dans des régions économiques clés en Suisse alémanique et romande. Il fait la part belle à l’immobilier de bureau, commercial et logistique avec en plus une sélection de logements. La durée moyenne pondérée des baux (WAULT) sur l’ensemble du portefeuille est de 8 ans, tandis que le taux de vacance des biens immobiliers de rendement s’élève à 10.7%.
