Disclosure notifications of significant shareholders
As per Art. 120 of the Federal Law on Financial Market Infrastructure and Market Conduct in Securities and Derivatives Trading, persons or groups whose participation in HIAG reaches, falls below or exceeds certain thresholds are subject to the notification requirement. The thresholds are 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 33 1/3, 50 and 66 2/3 percent of voting rights.
