We concentrate on sustainable development and the active management of our real estate over the entire cycle from interim use to creation and up until after completion.

Our extensive real estate portfolio with several generations’ worth of development potential, our active portfolio management and the management, administration and rental of real estate are at the heart of HIAG’s business model.
