HIAG manages an extensive real estate portfolio with a total value of CHF 1.86 billion. Based on a land surface area of 2.5 million m², HIAG has an outstanding development pipeline with potential usable area of 426’000 m², more than 58 projects and an expected investment volume of approximately CHF 3.2 billion. Over 90% of the real estate is located in the economic core region in German-speaking and western Switzerland with a focus on office, commercial and logistics buildings as well as selected residential properties. The weighted average lease term (WAULT) over the entire portfolio is 7.7 years and the vacancy rate in the inventory portfolio is 5.4%.
