HIAG bewirtschaftet ein umfangreiches Immobilienportfolio im Gesamtwert von CHF 1.86 Mrd. Gemessen an der Gesamtfläche von 2.5 Mio. m² verfügt HIAG mit einer Fläche von rund 726‘000m² über eine herausragende Entwicklungspipeline mit mehr als 58 Projekten und einem erwarteten Investitionsvolumen von rund CHF 3.2 Mrd. Über 90% der Immobilien befinden sich in wirtschaftlichen Kernregionen der Deutsch- und Westschweiz mit Fokus auf Büro-, Gewerbe- und Logistikimmobilien sowie ausgewählten Wohnobjekten. Die gewichtete durchschnittliche Restmietdauer (WAULT) über das gesamte Portfolio beträgt rund 7.7 Jahre und die Leerstandsquote im Bestandesportfolio entspricht 5.4%.
