Gemessen an der Gesamtfläche von 2.7 Mio. m² verfügt HIAG mit einer Fläche von rund 756‘000m² über eine herausragende Entwicklungspipeline mit mehr als 60 Projekten und einem erwarteten Investitionsvolumen von rund CHF 2.9 Mrd. Über 90% der Immobilien befinden sich in wirtschaftlichen Kernregionen der Deutsch- und Westschweiz mit Fokus auf Büro-, Gewerbe- und Logistikimmobilien sowie ausgewählten Wohnobjekten. Die gewichtete durchschnittliche Restmietdauer (WAULT) über das gesamte Portfolio beträgt rund 8 Jahre und die Leerstandsquote im Bestandesportfolio entspricht 10%.
