Describe your job at HIAG: what are you responsible for?
At HIAG, I am responsible for the digital marketing of our real estate projects and sites. My goal is to increase the visibility of our sites in a targeted manner and generate qualified leads for the marketing team. To do this, I develop data-driven strategies, plan cross-channel campaigns and continuously optimise our digital touchpoints, from advertisements and landing pages to automated funnels. A large part of my work involves making processes more efficient and creating digital solutions that meet our target groups exactly where they are. At the same time, I make sure that marketing and sales work together optimally so that prospects become actual tenants.

What do you like most about your work at HIAG?
I particularly appreciate the creative freedom and the opportunity to implement innovative approaches directly. I can proactively contribute my ideas and quickly see concrete results, for example when a new campaign goes live or a funnel performs very well. The close collaboration with different teams and the combination of strategy, creativity and technology also make my day-to-day work very exciting and varied.

What are the biggest challenges in your day-to-day work?
One of the biggest challenges is reaching very different target groups with pinpoint accuracy. From start-ups to industrial companies, every target group has different expectations that we have to map precisely in digital marketing. At the same time, the digital landscape is constantly changing. That's why it's crucial to keep our finger on the pulse and continuously improve our processes.
