HIAG has developed the CHAMA neighbourhood on a greenfield site between the Lorze river, the existing Lorzenpark properties and the OYM elite sports centre. The new development combines living, working and leisure, enriching Cham with an attractive living environment. Modern rental and owner-occupied flats catering to a range of needs were built in two construction phases. The development is complemented by spaces for services and retail, which help to bring the neighbourhood to life. Spacious outdoor areas and communal spaces foster a sense of community and make CHAMA a diverse and liveable neighbourhood.
