On the greenfield site between the Lorze and the existing Lorzenparl properties and the OYM top sports centre, a lively residential and work location with a high quality of life will be created by 2027. In the first of two construction phases, around 140 rental and condominium flats as well as around 3,000 m2 of service and commercial space will create new living environments and meeting places for a wide variety of target groups by 2024.
