The Binelli Group with the BMW and Mini brands rents the entire site at Freihofstrasse 25 in Zurich Altstetten for a minimum period of 3.5 years. After FCA Switzerland moves out in February 2020, the Binelli Group will move seamlessly into the buildings. The Binelli Group will temporarily operate the service centre and the Mini showroom at Freihofstrasse during its own renovation work on Badenerstrasse. HIAG will use this period of intermediary use to push ahead with the development of the site for attractive residential and commercial uses.
