The new replacement building at Weststrasse 26 in Wetzikon with 17 rental apartments was completed on time at the end of May. All apartments are already rented and will be occupied from mid-June.

The construction with a curtain wall made of pigmented spruce wood and a very high-quality interior design blends in beautifully with the quarter. The elaborate surrounding design underlines the architectural expression of the new building and ensures a high level of biodiversity. The new building is supplied by a heat pump and a photovoltaic system on the roof.
