HIAG is pleased to announce that a long-term lease agreement has been signed with Jump Factory. A modern trampoline park with a variety of attractions is being built on a usable area of around 1,200 square metres on the Papieri site in Biberist.

The Jump Factory offers a wide range of activities for all age groups: In addition to a large selection of trampolines, the hall also attracts visitors with a Ninja Warrior course, where obstacles of various levels of difficulty have to be overcome. Alongside the P9 event hall, the "Athletgym" fitness studio and the new Padelta AG padel facility, the Jump Factory will ideally complement the public leisure facilities on the Papieri site.

The trampoline park is being built in a currently empty former production hall on the former industrial site, which is also to be preserved in the long term. The park is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025.

"The Jump Factory will make an important contribution to the development of the Papieri site into a lively meeting place. The new leisure facilities will not only increase the attractiveness of the site, but also the range of indoor sports options," says David Bendler, Head of Asset Management at HIAG.
