In the up-and-coming Zurich Altstetten district, HIAG is planning an 80-metre-high residential building with public uses on the ground floor. The existing building, where the Binelli garage is located today, will be further developed into an urban home.
At the intersection of Baslerstrasse and Freihofstrasse, HIAG is planning an 80-metre-high residential building that will be built on top of the garage complex of the Binelli company. Public spaces for shops and service providers are planned for the ground floor. The first floor with the community room, roof garden and studios will become a connecting place for the residents, and the 25 upper floors will house attractive flats. Furthermore, a long-term rental agreement has already been concluded with a retailer for a large rental space on the ground floor.
