HIAG acquired the site of Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG, a subsidiary of the Australian packaging company Amcor Limited, in Goldach as part of a sale-and-lease-back transaction
Description
With a solution customised to the lease-back tenant’s requirements, HIAG created a new production and office building quickly and without bureaucracy for the eastern Swiss company specialising in aluminium packaging, which produces Nespresso capsules among other things. The transaction went hand in hand with the prolongation of the tenancy.
