This, combined with an attractive tenant mix, forms the basis of HIAG's rental income and supports the continuous value creation of its real estate portfolio, which consists of residential, commercial and industrial space in economically strong Swiss regions. The real estate portfolio is being further expanded through the implementation of development projects and their transfer to the portfolio, as well as through targeted acquisitions of high-yield investment properties. This results in broad-based and stable rental income from the investment portfolio and thus a continuously growing dividend base. Another important element of site management is transitional use. This allows for the gradual opening and revitalisation of sites, enabling continuous development and successive increases in the value of the real estate portfolio.
