HIAG is planning a high-quality development in the up-and-coming Zürich-Altstetten district: in the future, a high-rise building will complement the existing commercial property on Freihofstrasse. The development project includes the realization of about 150 apartments, the establishment of a large-scale distributor and other smaller commercial spaces.

In order to inform the immediate neighborhood about the planned site development, an information event was held on Tuesday, June 7. Alex Römer, the responsible site developer on behalf of HIAG, introduced HIAG as the owner and Andreas Sonderegger, the responsible partner from pool Architekten, presented the current status of the planned construction project to the people present. About 40 people listened attentively and were able to ask their open questions afterwards.

Alex Römer was pleased with the interest in the project: "We are pleased that the neighborhood also welcomes the fact that we are preserving the beautiful shed hall from the 1950s and creating large public areas with lots of greenery around it."
