Über 93% der Immobilien befinden sich in wirtschaftlichen Kernregionen der Deutsch- und Westschweiz mit Fokus auf Büro-, Gewerbe- und Logistikimmobilien sowie ausgewählten Wohnobjekten. Die gewichtete durchschnittliche Restmietdauer (WAULT) über das gesamte Portfolio beträgt rund 6.5 Jahre und die Leerstandsquote im Bestandesportfolio entspricht 3.2%.
